We’re Heidi and Josh, owners of The Ohio Barn. We bought this beautiful venue and property back in the fall of 2022. I (Heidi) was a full time potter and Josh worked commercial construction for 18+ years. It’s been a dream of ours to own and run a wedding venue for many years. Five years to be exact, we spent praying and seeking out land to build our own venue.

To make a very long story short, God opened up a wonderful opportunity for us to purchase an already established wedding venue just 20 minutes north of our previous home in Kettering. We have a beautiful daughter that we also adopted that same year in the summer of 2022. It’s been a wild ride to say the least.

After years of praying, for both a family and a venue, God decided to bless us with both at the same time!

We want to welcome all and be a warm haven to host events and create memories here at The Ohio Barn.
